San Diego is considered to be the food capital of the West Coast. The city’s Main Street has particularly gained notoriety for its glitzy and glamorous restaurants, which attract clients from all walks of life. Financial guru, Brian Bonar is the latest entrepreneur to make forays into San Diego’s hospitality industry. His bistro, Bellamy’s is gaining popularity owing to the fact that it is home to renowned chef, Patrick Ponsaty.
When he started the establishment, Bonar wanted to create a unique and exotic dining experience that would capture the imagination of food lovers in San Diego.
To achieve this, he hired Mike Reidy and Trevor Da Costa to offer support to Ponsaty. These two are renowned within the industry, and their service at Bellamy’s highlights Bonar’s desire to establish a restaurant empire.
The Making of an Empire
Bonar is already looking forward to diversifying his interest in the hospitality industry. Already, he has identified a ranch at Bandy Canyon where he plans to build a signature restaurant.
Brian is hopeful that Ponsaty is the marquee chef that he needs to pull off this ambitious plan. At the moment, Bellamy’s has proven itself as the go-to dining destination in San Diego due to its plush seats, Coppertone brown walls, and smooth-jazz paintings.
The restaurant has established a niche for itself, which highlights why Bonar is regarded as a rising restaurateur. Foods are prepared with matchless attention to ensure that they meet the culinary demands of clients. The establishment has also become renowned for serving a mille-feuille. The staff are equally well trained and experienced. This goes a long way in enhancing the overall dining experience.
